I can make bread big and beautiful with big airy crumb, but after a day or so the crumb becomes hard, if I heat it up it does soften again, what I like is a softer crumb. How can I get a softer crumb like a Scali bread.
my bathroom has 2 level ceiling one is 10 ft and one is 15 ft. I started noticing sign of mold on the 15 ft ceiling, there are 2 exhaust fans in the bathroom, both on the lower ceiling one over the tab and one over the toilet is a separate room. The fans are used everytime we enter the bathroom. How can I fix the mold issue on the upper ceiling? will adding another fan help? Thanks for any input.

I have a Vinotemp wine cooler/cellar it holds 52 bottles. Yesterday I heard a clicking noise, the compressor was trying to start but could not. I replaced the start capacitor and did nothing. does anyone know what could be preventing the compressor to start? This is the circuit As you see not much to it. There is a circuit board but don't have schematics on it.
